1. Payment Methods

• You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover using the Wells Fargo Merchant Solution.
• Mygirldress.com will not charge your card until we ship your package. However, Wells Fargo Merchant Solution will hold the authorized purchase amount from your credit card.

2. Order Process

• It usually takes 2 business days to process the order since 90% of our advertised items are in stock.
• If we do not have the item you requested in stock we will contact you within 48 hours. Please check the availability of the item(s) in question on the product information page.
• The shipping methods (overnight, express, rush delivery) doesn't effect the time frame of fulfillment.
• Out of stock items might take up to four weeks to be deliver.
• All International order will be required copy of Id and credit card back and front to prevent fraud transaction.

3. Shipping Methods

Compare us with other online merchants and you will be surprised with our fast and efficient shipping and delivering times. Typically, it will take less than 2 weeks to receive your package with the standard shipping option. We ship through UPS, FedEx or USPS.

• Standard: Your package will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days from the ship date
• Rush Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days from the ship date.
• Express Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days from the ship date.
• Overnight Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 1 business day from the ship date

*** We will contact you within 48 hours for back ordered items and give you a new estimated arrival time. It may take 2-4 weeks for back ordered items to arrive.

Due to manufacturing capacity, it will typically take 2-3 weeks to fulfill your order from the date it is placed. Please confirm that you have sufficient amount of time before placing the order. Shipping method (overnight, express, and rush delivery) will not expedite the order's fulfillment time frame.

4. Return & Exchanges

All Sales are Final. We do not Accept return or Exchange. Please check the size chart before you place an order.
