Petticoat to go under Bubble Communion dress

This petticoat definitely helped lift the bubble skirt. My daughter is 8 but on the skinnier side. For her Communion dress, I bought the size 8, which is swimming on her but had decided to go down a size for this petticoat, which worked out perfectly.
