1. Payment Methods

- You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover using the Wells Fargo Merchant Solution.

- will not charge your card until we ship your package. However, Wells Fargo Merchant Solution will hold the authorized purchase amount from your credit card.

2. Order Process
- It usually takes 2 business days to process the order since 90% of our advertised items are in stock. - If we do not have the item you requested in stock we will contact you within 48 hours. Please check the availability of the item(s) in question on the product information page. - The shipping methods (overnight, express, rush delivery) doesn't effect the time frame of fulfillment. - Out of stock items might take up to four weeks to be deliver. - All International order will be required copy of Id and credit card back and front to prevent fraud transaction.

3. Shipping Methods
Compare us with other online merchants and you will be surprised with our fast and efficient shipping and delivering times. Typically, it will take less than 2 weeks to receive your package with the standard shipping option. We ship through UPS, FedEx or USPS.
- Standard: Your package will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days from the ship date

- Rush Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days from the ship date.

- Express Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days from the ship date.

- Overnight Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 1 business day from the ship date

*** We will contact you within 48 hours for back ordered items and give you a new estimated arrival time. It may take 2-4 weeks for back ordered items to arrive.

Due to manufacturing capacity, it will typically take 2-3 weeks to fulfill your order from the date it is placed. Please confirm that you have sufficient amount of time before placing the order. Shipping method (overnight, express, and rush delivery) will not expedite the order's fulfillment time frame.

4. Return & Exchanges

We always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us for return. We will gladly accept your return as long as you follow our return policy. Please read the return policy before you place an order.

- You must email us at for return request within 7 business days after you receive the order. As long as you email us within the time period, your return request will be accepted. When we receive your return request, we will contact you to issue a return authorization #. Please do not return without return authorization number. We WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns without a return authorization number.

- Exchanges/returns are allowed one time only.

- The purchased item must be returned and postmarked within 7 business days after the issuance of Return Authorization Number .

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- 15% restocking fee will be charged for any exchange and refund.

- The buyer will be responsible for all the shipping costs on new orders and it will be deducted from the credit card on file.

- All items must be in new, pre-sale condition if returned, without any wear and tear. The merchandise will be inspected and if there are any visible wear and tear, it will be sent back to you and the sale will be declared final. We will not accept return for any merchandise with any kind of animal furs or scent and odor (including smoking odor).

- If you received free shipping and wish to return the merchandise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase".

- Refund will take 3-5 business days to credit in your bank account due to the processing time of merchant service company.
