Beautiful Dress Not certain of sizing

Dress came very quickly and was beautifully made. We do have some confusion about the size. We ordered a 24 month based upon the size chart. The dress received appeared to be a 12 month when the dressmaker measured it. The tag in the dress only said XL. Called customer service and the gentleman that answered was unfamiliar with the published size chart and could not help figure out if we got an incorrect size or if the dress runs very small. He also did not know the procedure for exchanges and even though the phone number is on the form had to send an email detailing the problem. I am really hoping the person reads and understands the problem. The dress is so beautiful and just happens to work fantastically with our bridesmaid dresses.

Pros:

Dress is beautiful
Very well made
quality workmanship
would recommend but only if you have enough time to exchange if sizing is off

Cons:

no sure what is going on with size....if what we received is really a 24 month than it is running 2 sizes smaller than published chart.
Customer Service on phone was not helpful. He argued with me when I told him according to his company's chart the 24 month had a larger chest/waist measurement than the 2. Really hope someone in Customer service gets the email and helps us to get the correct size.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
